- Financial Details: Interac e-Transfer email or bank deposit details required to transfer your payout after a completed sale.
B. Information Provided by Buyers
- Contact Information: Full name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Sizing & Measurement Data: Height, inseam, current bicycle size, riding preferences, or current setup details provided during pre-screening or booking a 1-on-1 smart-trainer fitting appointment.
- Transaction Details: Deposit receipts, payment verification, and hand-off confirmation records.
C. Automatically Collected Information
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers collected via standard server logs.
- Usage & Analytics Data: Pages viewed, click paths, time spent on pages, and referral URLs collected via privacy-conscious analytics tools.
