  • Pickup & Location Data: Physical address for doorstep concierge pickup across the GTA.
  • Gear Details: Specs, brand, model, year, frame size, wear condition, component modifications, target payout expectations, and serial numbers.
  • Media: Photos or video uploads of your bicycle/wheelset.
  • Financial Details: Interac e-Transfer email or bank deposit details required to transfer your payout after a completed sale.

B. Information Provided by Buyers

  • Contact Information: Full name, email address, and mobile phone number.
  • Sizing & Measurement Data: Height, inseam, current bicycle size, riding preferences, or current setup details provided during pre-screening or booking a 1-on-1 smart-trainer fitting appointment.
  • Transaction Details: Deposit receipts, payment verification, and hand-off confirmation records.

C. Automatically Collected Information

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers collected via standard server logs.
  • Usage & Analytics Data: Pages viewed, click paths, time spent on pages, and referral URLs collected via privacy-conscious analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for business purposes related to buying, selling, servicing, and fitting performance bicycles:

  • Concierge Logistics: Arranging doorstep pickup for sellers and managing studio hand-offs for buyers.
  • Intake & Valuation: Reviewing submitted bikes/wheelsets, establishing fair market pricing, and performing multi-point safety inspections.
  • Sizing & Fitting: Evaluating buyer compatibility during pre-screening and conducting 1-on-1 smart-trainer fit sessions.
  • Transaction Processing: Managing hold deposits, issuing seller payouts, and sending purchase confirmations.
  • Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing reservation requests via phone, SMS, or email.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We share your data only with trusted third-party service providers required to operate our business infrastructure:
